Skimmer was a Wavedancer healer who passed her skills to her son, Snakeskin. She was beloved beyond words to her Recognized lifemate Surge. Tragically, Skimmer was killed by humans. In his grief, Surge bore her body away into the deep, abandoning his tribe for years.
Skimmer’s spirit, along with Surge’s, has manifested in the Palace of the High Ones to commune with her still-living son.
